Refund policy

If you are returning Rental Edition books, please note that you have only been charged a rental fee for each book you have rented. By creating a return, you are voiding the amount authorized for the book(s) you rented – this amount will not be collected. Thank you for helping us develop this program!

We make every effort to make sure you like the books that you buy from our site.

We ship books either in protective pouches or in boxes, with a layer of protective wrapper around the books.  However, for reasons beyond our control, some books may occasionally become damaged during shipping.

We accept back those books that have been damaged during shipping within 30 days from the day of receipt. We may ask you to send us the photo of the damage and to ship the damaged book(s) back. Unfortunately, we cannot always refund you the charges for shipping the book but we will refund the price of the book itself. We will offer a replacement, whenever possible, or you will be able to select another book of equal or the same value from our store.

Sorry, but we cannot accept books back based on the fact that child(ren) did not like the contents or that the book did not answer your expectations. We hope that by providing a number of consecutive pages and a detailed description for each book on our site we give an understanding of the book contents.
